We created the Nella Blog back in December as the launching point to starting a business. Over the past several months, the blog has taken many forms-- a platform to talk about the logistics of starting a specialty foods company, a cookbook to share photos and details of our test recipes, and a newsletter to inform our customers what we’ll be offering at the market, how me made it, and suggestions on how to serve it. Essentially, the blog is the personality of the business where we can have a an open dialog with our readers to share the ins and outs of Nella Pasta.
